$4,600,000 recovered for employees of GNC The Spencer Law Firm was retained by GNC employees to prosecute a class action against GNC to recover unpaid overtime compensation and meal and rest period compensation. The case was settled for $4.6 Million dollars with some class members receiving in excess of $15,000. As the result of the lawsuit GNC reclassified Store Managers and Senior Store Managers as non-exempt and entitled to overtime compensation. Orange County Superior Court.
